Is it easy to forgive someone who has drained your energy, interfered with your aura or used you?

One of the biggest controversies among personality development gurus is about the phenomenon of ‘Forgiveness’. Everything’s fine with it except a few points of caution, ignoring which can make a person regret.
Some well-known postulates in favor of forgiveness are-

  1. It helps to move on.
  2. it de-clutters your mind.

Stop! It’s not over yet. You need to consider the whole scenario. First of all we must consider the dark side of these two postulates before we move on.

1.It Helps To Move On.

The culprit has turned you into a victim of circumstances. He has set up a fear deep in your subconscious mind. Whatever stays in your subconscious mind is going to chase you for a long time. Your peace of mind lies above all.
Even after you forgive anyone, the incident is in your mind. Even if you forget, your subconscious mind is not going to forget it. Are you ready to forgive someone for such a HUGE mistake?

2. It Declutters your Mind.

When you know that the incident and it’s consequences caused by a culprit are still in your mind and will remain even after you’ll have forgiven him, the policy of forgiveness is therefore impractical. It’s better said that done. Here, my purpose is not to inculcate in you the abstract graceful ethics (which may be orthodox and difficult to comply with sometimes) but to introduce you with some compatible tactics that might help you with solving your day to day problems.

The Dark Side Of Forgiveness You Must Consider.

Hence, here are some points to help you consider the dark side of forgiveness.

Matter Remains The Same.

The matter has remained the same. It hasn’t changed. It won’t change even after a long span of time. The statement is constant.
Let’s suppose- If X slapped on Y’s cheek then the fact cannot be changed that X slapped Y, no matter how much fallacy does the incident suffer with. Truth will remain the same.

Has The Person Apologized?

It is worth knowing whether the person you’re going to forgive is feeling guilty for his deeds. If no, then there’s no value whether you forgive him or not.

You Haven’t Moved On.

You have cried day and night, sweared, called heaven and earth and so on. You’ve wasted your valuable time which cannot come back once gone. Have you been compensated with what you’ve lost? Can you be compensated?
Is Forgiveness an appropriate solution of this HUGE Loss?

The Culprit Might Repeat.

There is no chance that the person won’t repeat; the mindset and the environment of upbringing has a profound impact on the individual.

Let The Fire Of Envy Be Burning.

Don’t put out the fire of envy; keep it burning. This fire will enable you to judge how much has the act of culprit harmed. In this way, you’ll be able to think of his punishment in a certainly better way. If you effortlessly forgive any person, he would take it easy the next time he causes you trouble.

Whatever Is Done Cannot be Undone.

Whatever is done cannot be undone. Nor you can trust him again. Why do you bother burdening yourself with toxic people.

Ascertain Your Self Respect.

I read in Linda Goodman’s Star Signs that all of us are surrounded by auras which consist of rainbow colors. Those colors are more prominent which represent our state of soul the best.
Now it’s your turn to decide. Is it easy to forgive someone who has drained your energy, interfered with your aura or used you?
